Join an amazing, highly reputable and highly rated Restoration organization as a Regional Commercial Account Manager in the Restoration Industry! 

This team has provided 24/7 emergency service and restoration support minimizing business interruption or displacement for commercial, industrial, and residential clients affected by property damage caused by fire, water, storm, or other disasters since 1996.

With multiple locations in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast they provide fast, dependable, emergency response to customers across the East Coast while also being prepared and equipped to respond nationwide to catastrophic property losses that require the expertise, experience, and execution of their specialized team.

Regional Commercial Account Manager:

Qualifications

• 3+ Restoration/ Emergency Response Experience required 
• Proven experience in business development within commercial sectors
• Existing book of business
• Strong relationships in sectors such as senior living, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and property management
• Track record of generating and closing large commercial opportunities
• Self-starter with strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition projects from sales to operations
• Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions
