🔧 Field Service Engineer

📍 Greater Salt Lake City Area, Utah

💰 $40–$45+/Hour + Overtime + Excellent Benefits + Long-Term Growth

💰 Total Earning Potential: $83,200–$128,700+ (Annually)

Not every Field Service opportunity means living in airports.

Our client is a globally respected OEM manufacturing heavy industrial material sizing equipment for mining, aggregate, cement, and bulk material handling industries.

This is an opportunity to join a premium OEM where you'll work alongside experienced professionals, develop specialized technical expertise, and build a long-term career supporting equipment that operates in some of the world's toughest industrial

environments.

Unlike many Field Service positions, this role is primarily based in the Salt Lake City area with limited travel throughout the year.

If you enjoy diagnosing mechanical problems, rebuilding industrial equipment, and becoming the expert customers rely on, we'd like to speak with you.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy industrial mechanical equipment
• Assemble, inspect, rebuild, and service gearboxes, conveyors, crushers, and related machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Support equipment installations, startups, and engineering improvements
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Complete detailed service documentation and repair reports
• Deliver outstanding customer support during both shop and field assignments

✅ Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical service, millwright, or related experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience with:
• Bearings
• Gearboxes
• Reducers
• Conveyors
• Motors
• Couplings
• Rotating equipment
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Field Service experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to travel approximately 6–10 trips per year

mining, aggregate, cement, bulk material handling, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, millwright, conveyor systems, or mechanical field service.
