Senior Associate Attorney — Business Litigation / General Liability | Los Angeles, CA — Hybrid

A respected defense firm is looking to add a seasoned attorney with substantive business litigation and general liability experience to their growing Los Angeles team. This is a senior-level seat for someone ready to own matters, mentor, and step into a lead role on complex cases.

What they're looking for:

• 9th to 11th year attorney (measured from bar admittance)
• Substantive experience in business litigation and general liability defense
• Track record handling matters independently from pleadings through resolution
• Active California bar license in good standing
• Strong writing, strategy, and client-facing skills

Logistics:

• Los Angeles office
• Just 3 days on-site — hybrid flexibility the rest of the week
• A refreshing 1,800-hour annual billable target, well below big-firm norms
• Compensation up to $250K, depending on experience
