Transactional Real Estate Attorney | Irvine, CA — Hybrid

A respected firm is looking to add a transactional real estate attorney to their growing Irvine team. This is a great fit for someone with solid deal experience who wants substantive work, a collaborative office, and real schedule flexibility.

What they're looking for:

• 2 to 5 years of transactional real estate experience (strong candidates slightly more junior will be considered)
• Experience across real estate transactions  acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and related matters
• Active California bar license in good standing
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-service skills

Logistics:

• Irvine office
• In-office Tuesdays, with flexibility the rest of the week
• Very competitive salary, commensurate with experience — with room to go higher for the right candidate
