Machine Operator – Food Manufacturing | Richland County, Wisconsin

We're partnering with a well-established food manufacturing company in Richland County that is looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join their growing team.

This is more than just an operator position—you'll receive hands-on training in machine maintenance and preventive maintenance, giving you the opportunity to expand your technical skills while building a long-term career in manufacturing.

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout each shift.
• Make minor machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Learn preventive maintenance and machine repair through hands-on training.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and GMP standards at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, or Production Team Member preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn maintenance skills.
• Dependable attendance and solid work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Schedule

• Day Shift – Start time: 6:00 AM
• Shift lengths vary based on production demands.
• Typical shifts range from 4–12 hours.
• Full-time schedule averaging 30–50 hours per week.
