Estimator – Civil/Sitework Construction

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in civil/sitework construction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on estimating experience with mass earthwork and underground wet utilities (water, sewer, and storm drain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and review project plans and specifications.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Develop estimates for mass grading, excavation, underground utilities, and site development projects.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in civil/sitework construction.
• Strong experience estimating mass earthwork and underground wet utility projects.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
