What You'll Do
- Install, assemble, and repair commercial plumbing systems on new construction and renovation projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings.
- Install above and below-ground piping, fixtures, valves, pumps, and equipment.
- Coordinate daily work with project managers, superintendents, and other trades.
- Maintain productivity while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project timelines.
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Mentor apprentices and help develop less experienced plumbers (Foreman candidates).
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience (Journeyman or Foreman level preferred).
- Experience on commercial construction projects including healthcare, education, industrial, manufacturing, multi-family, or institutional facilities.
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate installations with other trades.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and installation practices.
- Leadership experience or the desire to lead crews is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Plumbing license or certifications are preferred but not required, depending on experience.
