Lead complex tax engagements from planning through delivery
Review and prepare complex federal and state tax returns
Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services
Advise high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses
Support mergers, acquisitions, and business restructurings
Research complex tax matters and develop practical solutions
Build and maintain trusted client relationships
Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals
Partner with firm leadership to support continued growth
CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA)
15+ years of progressive public accounting experience
Strong technical expertise with:
Partnerships (1065)
S Corporations (1120S)
C Corporations (1120)
High-Net-Worth individuals
Tax planning and consulting
Mergers & Acquisitions
Trust & Estate taxation (preferred)
Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing multiple engagements
Proven leadership, mentoring, and client relationship skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
