Responsibilities
- Build and improve financial models.
- Analyze budgets, forecasts, and operational performance.
- Partner with operations and leadership.
- Prepare and present reports to management and ownership.
- Support capital planning and strategic initiatives.
- Learn plant operations to provide meaningful financial insight.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of financial analysis, FP&A, or business analysis experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Manufacturing, industrial, utilities, energy, mining, or operational finance experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000-$80,000 base salary
