Construction Litigation Partner | Fort Lauderdale, FL

A well-established and highly respected South Florida law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Partner to join its Fort Lauderdale office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished construction attorney looking to step into a leadership role with a firm that offers sophisticated work, strong internal support, and a collaborative culture.

No portable book of business is required. The firm has an established client base and is seeking an attorney with the experience, judgment, and leadership qualities to help continue growing its construction practice.

What You'll Do

• Handle sophisticated construction litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Represent owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and other construction industry clients
• Manage all phases of litigation, including strategy, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Mentor and collaborate with associates while helping grow the construction practice
• Develop strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on complex construction disputes

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Bar admission
• Significant construction litigation experience
• Partner-level attorney or senior attorney ready to step into a partner role
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Leadership mentality with a collaborative approach
• Florida Board Certification in Construction Law is a strong plus, but not required
