Experience as a General Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
Strong leadership and field management skills
Knowledge of scheduling, safety, and project coordination
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Established contractor with decades of industry success
Financially stable organization with long-term project backlog
