Machinist II, Second Shift

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing quality parts and solving machining challenges? We're looking for a Machinist II to join our second shift team and play a key role in delivering precision-machined components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce precision parts to print.

• Read blueprints, interpret tolerances, and verify part quality using precision measuring tools.

• Load, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs while making tooling and offset adjustments to maintain quality.

• Perform machine setups, run first-piece inspections, and identify issues before they impact production.

• Work closely with engineering, programming, quality, and production teams to improve processes and maximize efficiency.

• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of CNC machining experience or equivalent hands-on training.

• Strong blueprint reading and machining skills.

• Experience with machine setup, tooling, offsets, and CNC program adjustments.

• Solid understanding of feeds, speeds, G-code, M-code, and precision measurement.

• Strong troubleshooting ability with a commitment to quality and safety.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
