A well-established insurance defense firm in Dallas is seeking a Personal Injury Defense Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join its growing team. What You'll Do

• Defend personal injury matters through all phases of litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal filings
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Develop litigation strategy while working directly with clients and insurance carriers
• Manage an active caseload with the support of a collaborative legal team

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar admission
• 2+ years of insurance defense, personal injury defense, or civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Team-oriented attorney seeking a long-term opportunity with a respected firm
