Family Law Associate Attorney
Location: San Antonio, TX

I am partnering with a well-respected, client-focused Texas law firm that is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join its San Antonio office. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants to focus exclusively on family law—divorce, custody, support, and related matters—in a practice that emphasizes personalized advocacy, clear communication, and practical solutions for individuals and families.

What We Need

• 3+ years of Texas family law experience (divorce, custody/possession, child support, enforcement, modifications, protective orders, etc.)

• Confidence in the courtroom, including handling temporary orders hearings, enforcement actions, and contested family law matters

• Ability to manage your own docket, move cases forward, and maintain regular client contact with minimal oversight

• Strong drafting skills for petitions, motions, orders, decrees, and settlement documents

• Excellent communication and client counseling skills, with the ability to guide clients through emotionally charged situations

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing

• Genuine interest in building a long-term family law practice within a team-oriented environment
