A well-established, busy Oklahoma City law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its defense practice. Candidates with plaintiff-side workers' compensation experience are also encouraged to apply. About the Role
The attorney will manage workers' compensation files from intake through resolution, including claims analysis, discovery, hearings, negotiations, and settlements. This is a collaborative, low-pressure environment that values quality work over volume, with close support from clients and colleagues throughout each case.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution
  • Conduct claims analysis, discovery, and case investigation
  • Represent clients at hearings, negotiations, and settlement conferences
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented practice

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience practicing law, with required exposure to workers' compensation matters
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Oklahoma
  • Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
