Job Title: Case Ready Manager / Production Supervisor

Location: Upper Midwest Regional Plant (Relocation Assistance Provided)

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 / year + Full Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

About the Opportunity: GPAC Recruiting has partnered with a premier, well-established pork processing organization with multiple facilities across the upper Midwest. We are seeking a dynamic Case Ready Manager/Supervisor to head a critical department. This is a rare opportunity to truly take ownership, build a dedicated team underneath you, and make a measurable impact on operations.

What You Will Do:

• Lead & Build: Oversee the daily operations of the Case Ready department and directly hire, mentor, and develop your production team.
• Drive Efficiency: Manage production schedules, optimize line efficiency, and ensure maximum yield.
• Maintain Excellence: Enforce strict adherence to USDA food safety, HACCP compliance, and OSHA workplace safety regulations.
• Collaborate: Partner with plant leadership to implement continuous improvement strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Proven supervisory or management experience within meat processing (pork processing highly preferred).
• Knowledge: Strong technical background in case-ready production, retail packaging, and portion control.
• Leadership Style: A proactive leader who thrives on coaching employees and cultivating a positive team culture.
