A highly respected industrial construction company is actively seeking an experienced Industrial Insulation Project Manager to join its growing team. Responsibilities:
- Manage industrial insulation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, field personnel, and vendors.
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and productivity while maintaining profitability.
- Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support repeat busines
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing industrial insulation projects.
- Strong understanding of industrial insulation systems, project scheduling, estimating, and cost control.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
