A premier and rapidly growing commercial general contractor is seeking an accomplished Construction Project Manager – Data Centers to join its mission-critical construction team.

WHAT MAKES THIS OPPORTUNITY DIFFERENT?

You won't be managing ordinary commercial construction.

You'll be responsible for projects where precision, reliability, schedule, safety, and execution are critical. You'll work alongside some of the industry's most experienced construction professionals while gaining exposure to rapidly evolving data center and mission-critical technologies.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead data center construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Maintain responsibility for project budget, schedule, quality, safety, and overall performance.
• Develop and manage detailed project execution plans and schedules.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract administration, and scope management.
• Manage project financials, forecasting, cost controls, and change orders.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and technical documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Conduct owner, design, subcontractor, and project management meetings.
• Partner with the Superintendent to ensure successful field execution.
• Coordinate complex MEP and building systems.
• Manage commissioning, startup, turnover, and project closeout.
• Maintain strong owner and client relationships.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and developing Project Managers.
• Help position the company for repeat business and future project opportunities.

DATA CENTER / MISSION-CRITICAL EXPERIENCE

Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:

• Critical Power Infrastructure
• Medium- & High-Voltage Systems
• Generators
• UPS Systems
• Switchgear
• Chillers & Cooling Systems
• Mechanical & Electrical Distribution
• BMS / EPMS
• MEP Coordination
• Commissioning
• Redundant Power & Cooling Systems

Experience managing projects valued at $50M–$500M+ is strongly preferred.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing projects valued at $50M+ preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, procurement, cost control, and risk management.
• Excellent knowledge of MEP coordination and complex building systems.
• Strong leadership and client-management abilities.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, BIM/VDC platforms, or comparable construction technology.

💰 LUCRATIVE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS$155,000 – $200,000+ BASE SALARY

Candidates with extensive data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical experience may be eligible for compensation above the posted range.
