We are currently seeking a skilled LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of fostering affordable housing initiatives.
The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, tax incentives, and real estate transactions, along with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex legal landscapes. Compensation is BOE. Candidates with 3-15+ years' experience will be considered for either associate or partner-level roles. No book of business required.
