Job Description

A well-established and growing heavy highway and paving contractor is looking for the following to oversee heavy highway and paving projects from planning through completion.

(1) Project Manager

(1) Estimator

(1) Superintendent

What You’ll Bring

• Proven construction/project management, estimator and superintendent experience
• Strong background in heavy civil, highway, and utility construction
• Experience working on DOT Projects
• BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, documentation, and production
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software
• Proven ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and internal leadership

What You’ll Do

• Manage project budgets, financials, documentation, and overall performance
• Lead project teams while maintaining safety, quality, and production goals
• Monitor schedules, costs, and project progress
• Review project performance and provide profitability updates to senior management
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably
