Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in establishing initial budgets, scopes of work, and project schedules.

  • Execution & Field Supervision:

    • Direct day-to-day on-site operations and manage multiple residential job sites simultaneously.

    • Coordinate, schedule, and supervise trade subcontractors, vendors, and internal field crews.

    • Manage project budgets, review vendor invoices, and negotiate change orders.

    • Track material orders, lead times, and site deliveries to prevent field delays.

  • Client & Stakeholder Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, clients, architects, and sub-contractors.

    • Provide regular, transparent progress updates, schedule site walkthroughs, and handle client inquiries professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

  • Driver’s License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (reliable transportation or work vehicle access required for frequent job site visits).

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to walk active construction sites, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Key Competencies

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve field issues, weather delays, and structural surprises efficiently on-site.
