CONFIDENTIAL — Level 2 Superintendent

Traverse City, MI | Immediate Need (Relocation assistance provided to relocators)

A well-established and highly respected commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Level 2 Superintendent to join their growing team in Northern Michigan.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of multifamily / multi-unit construction experience
• Strong ground-up commercial construction background
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, site coordination, and multiple trades
• Mixed-use and/or retail experience strongly preferred
• Procore experience preferred
• OSHA 30 preferred, but not required
