Level 3 Superintendent

Lansing / Grand Rapids, MI | Immediate Need (Relocation Assistance for Relocators)

An established and highly respected commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Level 3 Superintendent to lead major projects in the Michigan market.

🚨 NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT

12–15+ story high-rise experience is REQUIRED.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as the lead/main Superintendent on significant high-rise projects
• 12–15+ story multifamily/multi-unit construction experience
• Ground-up high-rise experience
• Ability to independently manage complex projects, trades, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Ideal Background

• 15–25+ years of construction experience preferred

• Stable career history with demonstrated progression
• Proven record of personally leading major projects

Project ownership will be carefully evaluated. Candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate which high-rise projects they personally led, including project size, floors, units, value, scope, and responsibilities.
