Assistant Grower – Native Plant Company – North Central Illinois

We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Grower to join our native plant team!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily plant production in outdoor nursery operations
• Water, fertilize, prune, transplant, and monitor plants
• Help maintain plant health and quality
• Assist with inventory, orders, and general nursery tasks
• Work closely with the Head Grower and production team

 Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ Plant or horticulture experience
• Knowledge of native plants
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
• Passion for native plants and environmental stewardship
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
