Job Description

Fire Sprinkler Service Technician 

A growing fire protection company is expanding its field service team and is looking for a motivated Fire Sprinkler Service Technician/ inspector to join its team. The company is extremely busy and is looking to add a technician to support its growing customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Test and inspect fire sprinkler systems.
  • Perform minor sprinkler repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Service residential and commercial fire protection systems.
  • Replace batteries and troubleshoot fire alarm-related issues.
  • Perform occasional industrial work.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle.
  • Deliver professional, efficient service while taking pride in quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

  • NICET Level I or II preferred, or equivalent sprinkler experience.
  • Previous sprinkler and backflow experience is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, organized, professional, and safety-minded.
  • Clean-cut appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Coachable and motivated to grow within the fire protection industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $40–$50/hour based on experience.
  • Company vehicle provided.
  • Medical and dental benefits.
  • 401(k) with 50% company match up to 8% of salary.
  • Potential $5–$10/hour annual raises based on performance.
