A growing food manufacturer in western Ohio is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable team and build a long-term career, with advancement potential into Maintenance Lead or Supervisor roles.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Food manufacturing experience required; protein manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, ovens, ammonia refrigeration, and PLCs is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced production environment
