Opportunity

A highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join its Scottsdale team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong litigator who enjoys courtroom advocacy, developing case strategy, and taking ownership of complex civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through trial and resolution
• Develop litigation and trial strategies
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft and argue motions and other substantive legal documents
• Conduct discovery, legal research, and case analysis
• Work directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and the legal team

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Arizona Bar license
• Civil litigation experience required
• Strong courtroom, deposition, and motion practice experience preferred
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
