Opportunity

A respected and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Business Transactions Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated transactional work and wants to work directly with businesses, investors, property owners, and other clients on complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of real estate and business transactions
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, operating agreements, and other contracts
• Advise clients on business formation, acquisitions, financing, and general corporate matters
• Conduct due diligence and identify potential legal and business risks
• Negotiate agreements and work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Manage transactions from initial planning through closing

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required
• Experience in real estate and/or business transactions
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently
