Corporate Attorney | Palm Beach Gardens, FL

A law firm in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with 5–7 years of experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong corporate background who also brings meaningful tax knowledge and sophisticated drafting experience.

What You'll Do

• Advise businesses and their owners on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated corporate agreements and transactional documents
• Assist with business formations, restructurings, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions
• Provide guidance on the tax implications of corporate and business transactions
• Work closely with clients to develop practical, tax-efficient solutions to complex business matters

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of corporate/transactional legal experience
• Extensive experience with legal drafting and contract negotiation
• Strong tax background highly preferred, looking for one of these:
• LL.M. in Taxation
• Prior experience practicing as a tax attorney
• Experience with a major CPA/accounting firm
• Strong analytical, writing, and client communication skills
• Active Florida Bar admission preferred
