Senior Litigation Attorney
A respected and established law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned litigator who enjoys handling challenging matters, working directly with clients, and taking ownership of their cases.
The firm is open to attorneys with experience across a variety of civil litigation practices. Strong litigation and courtroom experience is highly valued.
Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
Develop case strategy and assess litigation risks
Handle depositions, hearings, motions and other litigation proceedings
Prepare matters for trial and, when appropriate, take cases to trial
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
Work independently while collaborating with an experienced legal team
Active bar license in the applicable jurisdiction
Significant civil litigation experience
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Demonstrated courtroom experience
Excellent judgment and case-management abilities
Strong client-service skills
Ability to independently manage complex matters
