Litigation Associate Attorney – Fully Remote

A well-established law firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to continue developing as a litigator while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of civil litigation
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs and other legal documents
• Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and other parties
• Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation matters
• Manage assigned tasks and deadlines effectively in a remote environment

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of litigation experience
• Active California Bar license and in good standing
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
• Judicial clerkship or law firm litigation experience is a plus
