Insurance Defense Attorney (1–5 Years) — Scottsdale/Phoenix, AZ — Hybrid

A respected insurance defense firm is looking to add an attorney with substantive experience in civil litigation to their growing team. This is a hybrid role based in the Scottsdale/Phoenix metro area, ideal for a litigator ready to take on meaningful case responsibility and grow within a collaborative practice.

What they're looking for:

• 1–5 years of insurance defense and/or civil litigation experience
• Strong litigation background, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case management
• Experience defending insureds across coverage areas such as general liability, auto, premises, and/or professional liability
• Comfort managing a caseload with increasing autonomy
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Active Arizona bar license (or eligibility/willingness to sit for the AZ bar)

Logistics:

• Location: Scottsdale/Phoenix, AZ
• Hybrid schedule (in-office and remote flexibility)
• Full-time
• 1800 billable requirement
• Up to $40K in bonuses available
