Registered Nurse (RN)

 

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality resident-centered care in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, senior living, hospice, and related settings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care based on each resident's individual needs and care plan.
  • Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate concerns to providers and families as appropriate.
  • Administer medications and treatments within applicable scope of practice.
  • Coordinate care with caregivers, CNAs, providers, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records.
  • Support comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
  • Follow infection prevention, safety, emergency, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in care planning and transitions of care as applicable.

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state(s).
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification, if required.
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, hospice, home health, or senior care is preferred.
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, compassion, and teamwork skills.
