Civil Construction Superintendent

Seeking an experienced Civil Construction Superintendent with experience in heavy civil construction, water & sewer utilities, site development, public works, dam repair, or earthwork.This person will need to have experience on large commercial and civil projects, ensuring quality installations and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform pipe fitting for gas, water, and utilities.
• Supervise laborers and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Interpret blueprints and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment.Enforce safety protocols and project standards.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
• Background in water, sewer, utilities, and/or sitework
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong safety-focused mindset with a commitment to maintaining a safe job site
• Understanding of project profitability, budgets, and cost control
• Ability to independently manage and run a job site from start to finish
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
