Engineering Superintendent

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of capital projects and project management initiatives, with significant involvement in budgeting, bidding, planning, and key operational decision-making. They’re looking for a strong engineering leader with applied experience in a processing environment who can influence strategy and make an impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervises all aspects of factory engineering projects
• Completes technical aspects of assigned projects
• Recognizes problems and communicates alternative solutions and facilitates process to select ‘best’ alternative to accomplish desired objective
• Identifies and participates in the development of training programs for staff utilizing completed engineering projects
