I am partnered with a growing fire protection company in the Florida Panhandle. This company is actively hiring a Sprinkler technician/inspector to join its growing team. Competitive pay, benefits and room for growth as this is a stand alone office in the area.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, maintain, and troubleshoot fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 25, local codes, and company procedures.
- Perform scheduled inspections, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform system repairs and respond to service calls.
- Communicate inspection findings with customers and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Support the team with inspections and service activities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of fire sprinkler industry experience preferred.
- NICET Level II or higher in Water-Based Systems Layout or Inspection & Testing preferred/required.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 25 and applicable fire protection codes.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently in the field.
- Fire alarm technicians are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Information
- Territory: Pensacola to Tallahassee
- Pay: $35–$40+/hour dependent on experience
