Position: Associate Attorney (Estate Planning, Probate & Business)

What You Will Be Doing
Estate Planning & Administration: Draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives tailored to client goals.
Probate & Estate Settlement: Guide families and personal representatives through the formal probate process and estate administration.
Medicaid Planning: Assist clients with long-term care planning and navigating complex Medicaid application processes.
Business Transactions: Advise small-to-medium businesses on formations, contract drafting, governance, and commercial transactions.
Limited Litigation: Provide cross-functional support on occasional probate or commercial disputes as needed.

Qualifications
Active member in good standing with the Idaho State Bar (required)
Up to 5 years of legal experience (entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply)

Strong writing, research, and organizational abilities
