Gpac is working with a growing equipment company seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop business throughout Shelby and Jefferson Counties.
This is a true territory development role for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, building relationships, generating new business, and growing a territory—not waiting for leads to come in.
Compensation:
- $80,000 guaranteed salary for the first 6 months
- Uncapped commission based on gross margin
- Commission rates ranging from 10%–20%, with higher margins earning higher commission
- Company-provided tools and CRM/laptop
- Vehicle and fuel support based on final package
Ideal Background:
- Heavy equipment sales
- Construction equipment sales
- Agricultural equipment sales
- Material handling
- Industrial/B2B equipment sales
- Similar equipment or outside sales experience
What We're Looking For:
- Proven ability to develop new business
- Comfortable making regular customer visits
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven to grow a territory
- Able to work independently while staying accountable to sales goals
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer needs
