A respected firm is looking to add a partner-level attorney with substantive experience in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions to their growing team.

What they're looking for:

• 7+ years of LIHTC experience
• Deep knowledge of affordable housing finance, tax credit syndication, and related transactional work
• No portable book of business required
• Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction
• Ideally based in New York or the Northeast

Logistics:

• Partner-track / partner-level role
• Remote or hybrid
• Ideally NY state or the broader Northeast

• $305,000+ base, commensurate with experience
