A respected firm is looking to add an attorney with substantive experience in real estate and business transactions to their growing team.

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years of transactional experience
• Background in real estate and/or business/corporate matters
• Active California bar license
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage deals independently and work with clients directly

Logistics:

• In-office role based in Oxnard, CA
• Full-time

Benefits:

• $140,000–$170,000, commensurate with experience
