Litigation Paralegal

 

Salary Range: $80,000–$110,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Employment Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal to join a close-knit, upbeat legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working on complex litigation matters, takes pride in delivering exceptional client service, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–7 years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, calendaring, and e-filing procedures.
  • Significant experience handling discovery, including disclosures and other written discovery.
  • Outstanding attitude and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to follow-through.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Superior Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Preferred Experience

  • Employment plaintiff Litigation experience involving trial preparation and trial support.
  • Previous employment law experience.
  • Familiarity with court rules and procedures in out-of-state jurisdictions.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Openness to embracing AI tools to streamline legal research, document review, and drafting while supporting complex litigation cases.

Compensation & Benefits
