A highly respected commercial steel construction company is looking to add a Foreman to their team to help with their metal building projects in the Phoenix area!

Responsibilities:

• Experience overseeing pre-engineered metal building construction and erection projects.
• Hands-on experience with metal roof and wall systems, insulation, structural steel, and sheet metal.
• Experience leading and supervising crews, subcontractors, and daily field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and erection plans and ensure work meets specifications.
• Strong knowledge of jobsite safety, OSHA requirements, equipment operation, and working at heights using lifts and elevated work platforms.

Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of experience erecting pre-engineered metal buildings or commercial steel erection as a foreman, Lead, or Superintendent. 
• Strong knowledge of steel erection, metal roofing/wall systems, and insulation; comfortable working at ground level, from lifts, and at elevated heights.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications
