If you're a BCBA who enjoys making a real difference and ready for a new opportunity where your expertise and passion can truly make an impact, I'd love to connect.

I'm actively connecting with ABA organizations nationwide that are looking for compassionate, clinically driven BCBAs. Whether you're seeking stronger leadership, better compensation, a healthier work-life balance, or more opportunities for professional growth, I can help connect you with organizations that align with your career goals.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations

  • Design individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Analyze treatment data and make evidence-based programming decisions

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Partner with families through caregiver training and ongoing communication

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and healthcare professionals

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with BACB ethical standards

What We're Looking For

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Passion for improving outcomes for children and families

Why Explore New Opportunities?

Many of the BCBAs I speak with aren't actively searching. They're simply curious about what's available.

Whether you're looking for:

  • Higher compensation

  • Better clinical support

  • Lower caseload expectations

  • Leadership opportunities

  • A clinic, home-based, school-based, or hybrid setting

  • A healthier work-life balance

I'd be happy to have a confidential conversation about your goals and help identify opportunities that fit what you're looking for.
