A leading regional law firm is seeking a bankruptcy attorney at any experience level to join its Greenville, SC office. The ideal candidate will support clients in a broad range of bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, and creditors’ rights matters.

Key responsibilities may include:
- Representing debtors, creditors, trustees, and other stakeholders
- Handling Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 matters
- Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for hearings
- Assisting with litigation, negotiations, and restructuring strategies
- Advising clients on bankruptcy and insolvency-related issues
- Collaborating with attorneys and professionals across the firm
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the South Carolina Bar, or eligibility for admission
- Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors’ rights, or litigation experience preferred, but all experience levels are encouraged to apply
