We’re conducting a confidential search for an established and growing engineering firm in the Orlando market looking for a Senior Bridge Engineer / PE with 10–15 years of experience.

This is for the engineer who wants more than another senior title.

The Role

You’ll serve as a senior technical leader responsible for:

• Leading complex bridge design and rehabilitation projects
• Structural analysis, design, calculations, and plan development
• Project oversight, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Client and agency coordination
• Technical QA/QC
• Mentoring and developing engineers
• Supporting business development and client relationships
• Contributing to the continued growth of the firm's bridge and structures capabilities

You’ll remain technically engaged while gaining the leadership, client, and business exposure that can open doors to a variety of opportunities down the road.

What You Bring

• 10–15 years of bridge/structural engineering experience
• Active PE license
• Strong bridge design and project leadership experience
• Experience mentoring engineers
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• FDOT experience highly preferred
• Interest in taking on greater responsibility over time
