Senior Personal Injury Paralegal
An established personal injury law practice is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Paralegal to join its team in either Tulsa or Oklahoma City. This high-impact role oversees both pre-litigation and litigation files, requiring exceptional organization, caseload management, and client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee personal injury case files from initial intake through pre-litigation and trial preparation.
Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery responses, and routine court filings.
Request, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and lien documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
Assist attorneys with hearing, deposition, and trial preparation.
Qualifications
5+ years of dedicated experience as a personal injury paralegal.
Proven proficiency in handling medical records, demand drafting, and court filings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Work Environment
Competitive base salary plus a performance bonus tied to attorney collections.
On-site / Standard Office arrangement.
Preferred location: Tulsa, OK or Oklahoma City, OK.
