An established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of practice to join their dynamic team. This position is 100% remote for candidates based in Washington State, offering high-autonomy litigation management, complex caseloads, and a strong work-life integration.

Location: 100% Remote (Must reside and be licensed in Washington State)
Experience Required: 5+ years of litigation experience
Annual Billable Requirement: 1,800 hours
Caseload: Manageable and tailored based on individual experience
Compensation: $110,000 – $180,000 per year (depending on experience)

Independently manage a varied litigation portfolio from case inception through resolution or trial.
Draft complex pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and expert witnesses.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers with professionalism and strategic foresight.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Washington State in good standing.
5+ years of litigation experience with a strong background in civil litigation, construction defect, or business dispute resolution.
Proven track record meeting or exceeding reasonable billable hour goals (1,800 hours annually).
Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working effectively in a fully remote environment.
