Contents Restoration Manager

 

We are seeking an experienced Contents Restoration Manager to oversee and organize fire contents cleaning, mitigation, and related restoration projects across four locations. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing project workflow, developing technicians, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is an experienced restoration professional who understands the complexities of contents restoration and mitigation and has the leadership skills to build a strong, accountable team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate fire contents cleaning, contents restoration, and related mitigation projects across four locations.
  • Assign projects to Lead Technicians and oversee their progress to ensure timely, efficient completion.
  • Monitor project performance, workflow, quality, and productivity.
  • Mentor, train, and manage all active employees within the Contents Department.
  • Provide leadership and support to Lead Technicians and field personnel.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Help ensure accurate documentation, estimating, and project records.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers, insurance professionals, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of mitigation/restoration experience preferred; candidates with less experience but strong leadership and contents experience will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of contents restoration, fire damage, and mitigation processes.
  • Proficiency with Xactimate required; Symbility experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-management abilities.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • IICRC certifications highly preferred.
