🔧 Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

A well-established and growing food manufacturer in Western Ohio is adding an experienced 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to its team.

This is more than just another maintenance position. The company is looking for someone who can make an immediate impact on the floor while developing toward future opportunities such as Maintenance Lead or Supervisor.

🛠️ What You'll Bring

We're looking for a hands-on maintenance professional who is comfortable troubleshooting equipment and keeping production running in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal experience includes:

• 2–3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Previous food manufacturing experience required
• Protein/meat manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
• Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, ovens, ammonia refrigeration and/or PLCs
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and make effective repairs
• A dependable, team-oriented approach to maintenance
