Our top-rated law firm is expanding and seeking an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. We would like to hire a candidate who has a solid understanding of the litigation process and a desire to further their career. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of your cases. Qualifications:

• 3 + years of litigation experience 
• Skilled at arguing motions
• Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments 
• Active membership with the UT State Bar
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities:

• Participate in depositions and attend court hearings 
• Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
• Attend mediations and actively participate in negotiating settlements
• Direct contact with diverse clients and companies
